REGISTRATION FEE

Non-refundable fee due in full at the time of registration. Registration allows the school to proactively plan the upcoming year and reserve a spot for your child in the classroom.

BOOK USAGE FEE

  • BOOK USAGE FEE: Due in full with the annual tuition fee (This fee allows students to use books during the academic year but does not entitle them to take books with them when they leave the school. Students who damage, deface, or lose books will be charged fines up to $75 (according to replacement cost of book). Book use fee is only refundable if the application is withdrawn by 31st May with a written withdrawal form. 
  • The school reserves the right to impose appropriate penalties in case of delinquency in payment of tuition. These include, but are not limited to, denial of re-enrollment, suspension of the student, denying permission for exams, and/or withholding transcripts and records as prescribed by law.

VOLUNTEER FEE

The volunteer fee is $200 per family for the entire year.Each family is obligated to contribute 20 hours of mandatory service to the school during the academic year. At the conclusion of the academic year, there will be no prorated refunds if the family does not complete the full 20 hours of service.

Kindergarten - 4th Grade

  • Ilm Academy tuition fee is $6250.00 for ten months. Paid annually by May 31st is $5937.00 (after 5% discount) through check.
  • Tuition (paid monthly) is $625.00/month paid through ACH
  • Sibling discount is 5%. Tuition with sibling discount is $594.00/month per child paid through ACH. (Parents are eligible for either annual tuition payment discount OR sibling discount)

5th Grade - 8th Grade

  • Ilm Academy tuition fee is $6500.00 for ten months. Paid annually by May 31st is $6175.00 (after 5% discount) through check.
  • Tuition (paid monthly) is $650.00/month paid through ACH
  • Sibling discount is 5%. Tuition with sibling discount is $618.00/month per child paid through ACH. (Parents are eligible for either annual tuition payment discount OR sibling discount)

High School

  • Ilm Academy tuition fee is $7750.00 for ten months. Paid annually by May 31st is $7362.00 (after 5% discount) through check.
  • Tuition (paid monthly) is $775.00/month paid through ACH
  • Sibling discount is 5%. Tuition with sibling discount is $736.00/month per child paid through ACH. (Parents are eligible for either annual tuition payment discount OR sibling discount)
