Admissions Process 2017-18 (New Students)

Thank you for your interest in ILM Academy. Alhamdulillah we have started enrollment for 2017-18 school year. We are having a wonderful and year of school and look forward to continue to build on the hard work of ILM staff, parents, and most importantly, our beloved children.

Following is the admissions process for all new students. Please read through this document carefully, making note of the documentation required, payment methods and deadlines. Admission applications are going to be accepted starting Wednesday, February 1st at school between 8 am to 3 pm, Monday to Thursday.


All of the following are required to reserve a seat in class. Be sure to bring all documents, forms, and fees with you when you come to register. No partial registrations will be accepted.

Admission Packet 2017/18 (New Students)

Required when you return the Application Pack

Submit updated registration form with Registration Fee ($300) + Book use fee ($250 KG-4th, $275 5th-8th grades) + Volunteer fee ($200). Registration fee should be paid by check – no cash please. Please review the Registration Form for accuracy and completeness. Make corrections or additions in the blank space on the right side of the form.

There will be an entrance test for 1st – 8th grade.

Submit copy of last report card (Not required for Kindergarten).


Required when you get Accepted:

Setup a direct deposit for monthly fee or pay annual fee with a check

Use one of the following methods to cover Annual Tuition:

o A check in the full annual amount or

o A Direct Payment Authorization form, completed and signed (Direct Payment Form)



Please make a note of the following:

The Annual Tuition will be charged through Direct Payment in the first week of September.

If you have the monthly payment option, fees will be charged September – June, during the first week of every month.



The first day of school for the academic year 2017-18 will be Tuesday, August 29th, 2017.
